We have partnered with DHL and Pass My Parcel to launch 3,500 collection points across the UK to offer Click & Collect - another convenient delivery option to fit into the busy lifestyles of our customers.
The new DHL ServicePoints are conveniently located within a 10-minute journey for over half of UK households and the collection service is available seven days a week, typically from 7am until late.

What Happens Next?
When the parcel is ready to collect, DHL notify the customer by email or text message. The pick-up code is in the body of the email, so no click through is required. The shopkeeper simply scans the code that is presented on the smartphone.
