Is it safe to receive a home delivery?
Couriers are now delivering contactless to maintain social distancing. Parcels will be placed on your doorstep, they will knock the door and step aside. If you’re unwell or unable to open the door, couriers are giving the option to deliver to a safe place.
What happens if I can’t accept the home delivery or if no safe place is available?
Your options depend on the courier. DHL will issue a card, advising other ways you can arrange delivery of your item.
Many shops which are considered non-essential have now closed. Making the possibility of collecting a parcel virtually imposisble.
However, couriers like DHL have stated, although some shops will be closed, others are likely to remain in operation as they are essential. Details of which shops remain open will be available from the courier company.
Can I still order online at marlenka.uk?
We are still delivering as normal.
FREE One-Day Delivery (orders over £20), Express Next Day delivery, Saturday Delivery and standard UK delivery are still available and delivery times should remain the same.
Orders continue to leave our warehouses on time. However, couriers may face some delays due to staff shortages. We encourage you to keep tracking your parcel once you receive tracking details.
