The secret manufacturing procedure enable us to combine the honey and milk mixture to create this multi-layered honey delicacy. The top is drizzled with chocolate icing and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.

Full of sugar, only 5% honey

Expensive cake full of sugar and made on the cheap. If you are looking for a real honey cake go elsewhere where it's homemade. Read the ingredients - contains only 5 % of honey

Marlenka Honey Cake with walnuts is made according to a traditional Armenian family recipe and contains 5% honey, which is clearly stated in the ingredient list in full compliance with UK and EU food labelling regulations. Honey is one of the key ingredients, alongside walnuts and our caramel cream, but the product is not positioned as a “raw honey” or “high-honey” cake.

The sweetness profile reflects the classic Eastern European honey cake style, which is naturally rich and indulgent. Many of our customers appreciate this distinctive flavour and texture.
